Our In-House Gas Nitriding

Gas Nitriding is a process which is used for hardening equipment, in which Nascent Nitrogen is dispersed into the surface of an alloy.  It makes the machines and equipments much resistant and increase their hardness up to 70 Rc, i.e. 950 to 1150 VPN is possible. Some steel like EN 41 B, EN 40 B and EN 19 can go through the nitriding process. In single stage Nitriding of the white layer is of 0.05mm on surface 0.08 on the corners. We use this process for hardening:

• Screws & Barrels, Gears & other machine tool components
• Objects where L : D ratio is more than 10 : 1.
• Gears & other machine tool
  

Our Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the company consists of high-end machines and modern technology. It portrays our deep knowledge of the business and industrial equipment production. We are the owner of one of the biggest Nitriding Plants and Gas Nitriding Furnaces in Asia. The Gas Nitriding Furnaces are of different dimensions and depth. Our thread Milling machines are imported from Germany which are able to manufacture screws up to 5 meters length. We are capable of manufacturing screws up to 150 diameters, 5-meter length and barrels 150 diameter, 4-meter length. Our business experts have segmented the infrastructure into several units such as manufacturing Designing, Marketing, Research and Development. The machines which are used in the manufacturing processes are imported from the foreign market to ensure the production of best screw barrels. We have the finest range of machines such as:
